SHIPPING INFORMATION
Xtratuf Canada offers complimentary ground shipping via Canada Post on select orders, the costs & conditions are as follows:
- Free ground shipping to all provinces on orders $85+
- Orders to all provinces under $85 are subject to a ground shipping fee of $8
- Orders to all territories are subject to a ground shipping fee of $30, and are excluded from free shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Note: normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST - Shipping is not available outside of these hours.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with your tracking number. You can use this number to find out when your goods should be arriving. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.
